Tyler Casselman was born and raised in the Sarnia-Lambton community. He attended King George VI elementary school and Northern Collegiate High School in Sarnia.
Tyler graduated from the University of Windsor School of Law in June of 2010 after first obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo. He was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in June of 2011.
Tyler contributes to the community through his involvement with various local organizations. He was a volunteer with Community Legal Aid in Windsor, an organization which provides free legal services to low income clients. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Bluewater Health Foundation and is the President of the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club and a frequent contributor to the community's many charitable events.
